Consultation - Amanda Curtis, FNP

Amanda Curtis, FNP offers neurotoxin (Dysport), dermal fillers, laser treatments, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and weight loss treatment.

All consultation fees also serve as a scheduling fee and are non-refundable.  They turn into a consultation fee at time of consultation.  If your appointment is cancelled for any reason, it is non-refundable.  If you are seeking surgical care, please select Consultation with Dr. Jose Barrera, MD.  A different/additional fee is associated with Dr. Barrera, Facial Plastic Surgeon.

Filler and Dysport:

Amanda will listen to your goals and concerns determining best type of filler/toxin and placement.  If you choose, you will numb with a topical numbing cream.  After about 12 to 20  minutes, Amanda will inject.  Total time at initial appointment, approximately 30 minutes.  Once you have established care with Amanda and routinely come in for toxin and/or filler, appointments take about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on whether topical numbing is required.

For Dysport and Filler patients ONLY: Your consultation fee will be applied to the cost of Dysport and/or Filler service purchased during your appointment.  Funds will not forward.  If you choose to return for Dysport or filler any other day, another consultation fee will be collected.

Hormone Replacement Therapy and/or Weight Loss:

During consultation, Amanda will gather a history and physical.  Vitals will be taken and a questionnaire be collected.  Initial consultation is approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
