Refund policy

Refund and Rescheduling Policy:

All sales are final and not eligible for return/exchange/refund.

Final sales include products, services and gift cards.

Some services require physician directive and may not be performed at the doctor’s discretion.

If you are not eligible for a service you purchase on the store, the funds can be applied to another store purchase.

Rescheduling:

Our Aestheticians take great care to prepare for your visit.  At time of scheduling, we require payment in full.  Please allow 24 notice if you must cancel or reschedule.  Any no-show appointments or reschedules with less than 24 hours will be charged a $50 rescheduling/no-show/cancellation fee.  If you must reschedule more than once, then the $50 no longer rolls over and becomes a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
